Gaming

  • Nintendo Switch in service
    • The Legend of Zelda, Mario Kart Deluxe, Kirby Star Allies, Hollow Knight…
    • A loyal fan of Nintendo, feeling lucky to experience such excellent console/handheld platforms, occasionally taking it out to play Fortnite or Honor of Kings.
  • Nintendo New 3DS XL idle
    • Pokémon Sun/Moon, Phoenix Wright, Luigi's Mansion, Fire Emblem…
    • Occasionally taking it out to play some classic games, feeling nostalgic.
  • Razer Deathadder 3500DPI in service
    • The first gaming mouse purchased after getting into League of Legends in college, still in use today, although it sometimes malfunctions and double-clicks (it's a double-clicking snake, after all), considering replacing it with a new one.
    • Logitech G610 Orion Brown Mechanical Keyboard in service
    • The brown switch is a great experience, suitable for both daily typing and gaming, with great performance in battle royale and MOBA games.

Laptop

  • Dell Inspiron 14 retired
    • 4210U with 4GB of memory and a 1336x768 resolution... the first laptop bought for college, although it's outdated, it accompanied me for a long time.
  • ACER Aspire V5 in service
    • Purchased in sophomore year to play GTA5, with a 1080P screen, 6300HQ, 950M, and 8GB of DDR4, basically meeting the needs of professional software, photo editing, video editing, and daily gaming.
    • A small episode: when I took it abroad in junior year, the PCIe Bridge burned out (possibly due to overheating because of the heating at home) after just two months, leading to the purchase of a desktop. After bringing it back to China and leaving it idle for over a year, I sent it for repair this year, and it's now filling the gap of not having a Windows laptop.
  • Macbook Pro 13 2014 in service
    • The Retina screen is breathtaking, especially when I first switched from the old Dell's anti-human 1336 resolution to the MBP, the experience was shocking.
    • With the MBP's touchpad, who needs a mouse?
    • A great companion for reading documents, development, coding, photo editing, and has an excellent experience when used with iOS devices (especially Airdrop).

Desktop

  • MSI Trident 3 in service
    • The ITX case is small, similar to the volume of an XBOX, convenient to carry.
    • i7-7700, no need to upgrade to K, the heat dissipation is not enough.
    • 1060 3GB, a castrated short card, but enough for current games.
    • 16GB DDR4, sufficient for various needs.
